Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 is now available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox. While the latest installment in the 4X franchise has been playable for owners of the Deluxe and Founders Editions since Feb. 6, the game is now playable for everyone, regardless of which version they purchased.
Below, we’ve detailed the various platforms where you can play Civilization 7, along with its different editions, and where you can pick up a copy for yourself if you think you’ve got what it takes to outwit the likes of Machiavelli and Napoleon.

The Deluxe Edition of Civilization 7 gets a variety of extra leaders and civilizations at launch, along with a handful of cosmetic items to customize your profile and units in-game. This includes four new leaders, natural wonders, and profile customizations. You’ll also get five new civs, a unique badge cosmetic, and an alternate scout skin.
Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 – Founders Edition
In addition to everything included with the Deluxe Edition of the game, the Founders Edition of Civilization 7 features some extra in-game items, including the Ashoka World Conqueror persona and Himiko High Shaman persona, along with four new profile customizations, a unique fog of war tile set and Founders palace skin.
Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 – Collector’s Edition
Firaxis has put together a Collector’s Edition of Civilization 7 in partnership with Final Boss Bundle exclusively for PC players. This massive version of the game features a number of physical collectibles in addition to everything included with the Founder’s Edition of the game. Inside the Collector’s Edition you’ll find a collector’s challenge coin, a pin with the Civ 7 logo on it, six hexagonal patches featuring the primary resources of the game, some postcards, a three-inch pewter figurine of the scout, an 8 x 11-inch poster for the game, and a 10-inch-tall decorative clock.
This version of Civilization 7 is $249.99 when packaged with the Founders Edition of the game, but if you’ve already purchased a copy of the game on PC, or are planning to play on consoles, the Collector’s Edition is also available without the game for $149.99.
