‘Wicked’ Star Michelle Yeoh Looks Unrecognizable Debuting Major Transformation

Actress Michelle Yeoh‘s fans are in love with her new look after she showed up on the red carpet of the Los Angeles Wicked premiere looking almost unrecognizable.

The 62-year-old arrived at the premiere in a stunning black Balenciaga long-sleeved sparkling gown as she revealed her new hairstyle—a gorgeous blonde bob that was a sharp contrast to the dress.

Fans shared photos as they raved about the look on social media, with one writing, “Michelle Yeoh is one of the most beautiful women in film history. Always. Forever.”

Others had just as strong reactions, writing things like, “OHHHH MOTHER YEOHHHH,” “UNREAL,” and “This mayoress of servecity like woahhhh.”

Someone even declared, “she could drop a house on my sister and i’d say thank you.”

Quite a few people called out the bob in their compliments, such as one who said, “that’s not a bob that’s a robert omg mother.”

“A Bob, friends. An absolute Bobbert,” read a similar comment, as other fans who appreciated the bob chimed in, “her hair is INSANE!! look at the volume!!!!” and “Ok miss bob!!!”

Yeoh appears in Wicked as the character Madame Morrible, the headmistress of Crage Hall at Shiz University, the school that Elphaba and Glinda attend. She is also an ally of the Wizard, played by Jeff Goldblum in the 2024 film.

Along with the cast of the movie, there were also major celebrities at the premiere, including Jennifer Lopez and Sophia Bush.

Wicked, which stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, is set to hit theaters on Nov. 22.
