Will Taylor Swift Be on Travis Kelce's New Game Show, 'Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?'

Imagine earning crazy amounts of money just by answering questions about stuff you learned in elementary school.

That’s the premise of the new Prime Video game show, Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?, hosted by three-time Super Bowl champ, Travis Kelce. During each game a contestant leans on a “classroom” filled will celebrities who help them answer a variety of questions from an elementary school curriculum. The players even get to “cheat” off their celebrity classmates who include sport stars, comedians and actors.

The questions start off somewhat simple like, “what long legged bird gets its pink color from dining on algae and shrimp?” (Flamingo, if you didn’t know.) And they get harder from there. 

Every right answer gets the contestant another rung on the money ladder that starts at $1,000. But a wrong answer sends you home. Contestants who pass all 10 questions from grades 1 to 5 get a shot at a sixth grade question worth $100,000.

Kelce is a charming host who can bust a move or sing “it could be true or it could be false.” He’s a natural and seems to genuinely care for the contestants. And it makes it understandable how the Kansas City Chiefs tight end would sweep his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, off her feet.

The pair have been public about their romance since last October and fans love following their jet-setting adventures. Lately they’ve been out and about in New York City. The dynamic duo joined pals Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds at the Corner Store restaurant in SoHo. The following day the duo enjoyed a date night at Torrisi restaurant.

On Kelce’s New Heights podcast, big brother and co-host, Jason Kelce, wanted the details. “We saw you going out to eat, it looked like maybe. You guys are out in New York City, you and Tay,” said Jason. “That’s what we do. We like to go out and eat,” said Travis.

Now that Kelce has a game show featuring a whole classroom of celebrities offering their wisdom to contestants, it seems like the ideal place for Swift to make an appearance. (Imagine how she would do on the music questions?) While she hasn’t shown up just yet, there’s always the possibility during the 20-episode show.

Swift’s name hasn’t been directly mentioned by anyone. But some of the stars have dropped a few tiny winks that Kelce is truly at the top of his game in every possible way. So perhaps she’s there in spirit. During one episode Nikki Glaser asked contestant A. Noelle, a motivational speaker from Tacoma, Wash., for a motivational message for Travis.
