It was raining outside, but Novak Djokovic warmed up for the Wimbledon semi-final on Friday after practicing under the roof of Court 1.
The seven-time champion will face Yannik Sinner on Center Court later that day. Djokovic is looking to win his 24th major title, while the eighth-seeded Italian Sinner is looking to reach his first Grand Slam final.
Sinner also spent time practicing under the roof of Court 1.
Top-seeded Carlos Alcaraz was the last player to warm up at the All England Club’s second-largest stadium. The Spaniard will face Daniil Medvedev in another of the men’s semi-finals on Center Court at the end of the match.
Medvedev, the No. 3 seed and 2021 U.S. Open champion, practiced on Center Court Friday morning.
