There could be some tension between your professional ambitions and your personal affairs over the next 12 months. The way to resolve that tension is to manage your time wisely and not favour work over family matters. People must come first – always.
ARIES (March 21 – April 20):
There is a danger that you could be too generous for your own good today and although you may not lose out in the short term you will regret having been so charitable later in the month. Only give to those who truly deserve your assistance.
TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):
Try not to let your personal feelings get in the way of your ambitions today. If you decide not to work with someone because you don’t much like them it could set back your career plans by days, weeks or even months.
GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):
If someone in a position of authority casts doubts on your abilities today you won’t be happy about it, of course, but don’t let your irritation show. Most likely they are trying to wind you up a bit so you get angry and make a mistake.
CANCER (June 22 – July 23):
Venus is once again moving through one of the best areas of your chart but as it is also going through its retrograde phase you need to be careful. You may believe that you can handle any kind of crisis on your own but don’t overestimate your abilities.
LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):
If you make even a small change in your routine or methods today the effects could snowball and get huge by the end of the week. Your best course of action by far is to leave things as they are, for the time being at least.
VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):
The more overwhelming life seems to be the more you need to step back from events so you can perceive it all from a wider perspective. Most likely your only real problem at the moment is you have too many things on the go.
LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):
Your attraction to someone you work with will be hard to disguise today. If you are smart though you won’t be too open about your feelings because while love planet Venus is moving retrograde you may not get the response you desire.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):
The fact that you are so much better at a task than your workmates does not mean you must shoulder the entire burden. If some of your colleagues are not up to the job then make it your business to show them how they can improve.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):
Domestic issues of one sort or another will come to the surface over the next 24 hours but it’s unlikely you will be able to do much about them. Loved ones are not in the mood to listen to your sensible proposals, still less to act on them.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):
You like to pretend that you have an ultra thick skin but in fact you can be pretty touchy at times. With mind planet Mercury going through its retrograde phase you may have to make a superhuman effort not to react to provocation today.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):
If you splash out on something that catches your eye today you could find yourself short of cash come the end of the week, so keep your money in your pocket and window shop for a bit. The urge to spend big is just a short-term craving.
PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):
If you throw yourself into a new project over the next 24 hours there is a real possibility that you will be looking for a way out before the end of the week, so be sensible and rein in your enthusiasm. You’re already doing too much.
