Your fall calendar likely already has enough going on, so we’re making a case to add one more thing that involves absolutely no errands, emails, or responsibilities. Calgary has a growing list of spas and wellness spaces where you can spend a few hours switching off, from Nordic-style experiences to head spas and floating sessions. And with the colder months creeping in, there’s no better time to find a new spot to escape to for a few hours.
