The fall is in full swing, Edmonton, and we’re ready to celebrate!

There are an incredible number of amazing things to do in Edmonton this week. Whether it’s something spooky for the Halloween holidays, or an intimate experience you can take your date out on. There’s such a variety.

Get ready, this week is full of activities that will get you outside, on your feet, and moving.

This Friday marks the beginning of one of Edmonton’s best scares for the season. Deadmonton haunted house has been around for 12 years, and if you haven’t been before, you definitely have to go this season.

Prices vary depending on when you go, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Ten days of superior cinema are taking over Edmonton for the Edmonton International Film Festival. With a great selection of films for this year, pick a movie, grab some pals, and enjoy the 39th edition of this beloved annual fest.

At the Muttart Conservatory, a showstopping floral display will be presented for only a few days. Fluers de Villes travels all across the globe, inspiring and partnering with local creatives. This time, it’s Edmonton’s turn.

Edmonton’s Halloween tradition begins on Friday, running until Oct. 31. Over 10,000+ hand-carved pumpkins await — and this is a great spot for a date night or evening out with family.

The Government of Alberta will be recognizing Truth and Reconciliation Day on the grounds of the Legislature in Edmonton. This event will feature guidance and prayer from an Elder, smudging, performances and speeches.
