Now we come to Fridays on Front in New West, with the last night market of the season coming up this Friday, August 23rd. From 5 to 9 pm, the night market will feature live DJs and musical performances by The Troopas, as well as eats from six tasty food trucks: Little Ooties, Old Country Pierogi, Yo-Bones BBQ, The Taco Tigre, The Jerkshack, and Crema Ice Cream.

This Saturday, Land Back Records is bringing the Turtle Island Music Festival to Vancouver’s Sunset Beach in celebration of the Indigenous community and all of the amazing musical talent to come out of it. Guests can expect a full day of free live music from 1 pm to 10 pm, with artists such as Dakota Bear & Land Back Records, Rebecca Strong, Logan Staats, and Quanah Styl, to name a few.

Theatre Under the Stars

Light Up Chinatown!

Concord Burnaby Lake Run 2024
The annual Burnaby Lake Run is a running carnival dedicated to promoting healthy habits by bringing the community together in support of a local charity. This year, the community is running to support the Burnaby Hospital Foundation to improve local health infrastructure.

PNE Fair
Yup, the PNE Fair is back in full swing until Labour Day, so this weekend is the ideal time to check it out.
