You have a couple of days to check out CRYSTAL by Cirque du Soleil, their first-ever ice show that’s taking its final bow in Vancouver until Sunday, June 8, 2025. It’s the biggest day of the annual Spot Prawn & Seafood Celebration – Spot Prawn Day, which will feature a range of all-ages activities from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, between Steveston’s Fisherman’s Wharf and The Gulf of Georgia Cannery. This includes a culinary stage, live music, and a Sustainability Expo.

This day-long celebration of weirdness, art, and community will bring together the work of over 30 local artists, all of whom have participated in past Weirdos Holiday Markets held every December. The market will be held from noon to 7 p.m. at the Birdhouse, where shoppers can enjoy games like giant Jenga and Connect Four, along with old-school video games.
