10 things to do in and around Toronto this June

27 May 20255 Mins Read

May, you were great — you could’ve been better, but we won’t hold a grudge. Here’s to hoping June’s weather forecast is sunnier and warmer. We’re in for a thrilling month full of fun things to do in and around Toronto this June, so we’ll need the sunshine. From pop-up experiences to pride parties and even some of our favourite street festivals, it appears our schedules are busy this June. And we’re not complaining.

Now get your friends together and plan your month! Here’s what’s happening in Toronto for the next few weeks.

One of Toronto’s favourite street-wide celebrations is returning to Dundas Street W. this June. Known as “Toronto’s official start to summer,” Do West Fest (formerly Dundas West Fest) brings three days of springtime fun to the west end.

For three days, enjoy musical performances, art installations, local businesses, artisan vendors, and so much more. The best part? It’s free to explore!

Where: Dundas Street W., Ossington to Lansdowne

Treat yourself to a relaxing wellness experience at 1 Hotel Toronto this month with its Face Pilates Spa pop-up. Wellness expert and RMT Thom Tullo brings his signature 75-minute facial massage to the sustainable hotel starting May 30, 2025 to around the end of June. The eight-step treatment includes a buccal massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, microcurrent, and LED therapy to lift, tone, and rejuvenate all 43 facial muscles.

Booking is available only on Fridays and Saturdays, in a dedicated space in the lobby, next to 1 Kitchen.

If you need a family vacation, here’s the perfect trip. At the Delta Grand Resort, family fun comes to life with unforgettable programming for all ages. Enjoy whimsical experiences like the Brunch & Magic Show, Princess Brunch, and Christmas in July celebration — complete with Santa and a dunk tank! Kids can get hands-on in interactive cooking classes, and there’s always more magic around the corner. Whether you’re there for a weekend or a week, every moment is designed to delight.

Where: 1310 Water St., Kelowna, B.C.

Toronto’s summertime tradition of free, open-air movie screenings is coming back this summer as the Toronto Outdoor Picture Show (TOPS) gears up for its 15th annual season. TOPS is coming back for the season on June 12, bringing 20 nights of free public screenings spread across three months.

When: Starting June 12, 2025
Where: Locations vary

Mark your calendars for June 13 to 15 because you don’t want to miss out on this beloved street fest.

According to the Little Italy website, the 2025 street fest will be run along College from Bathurst to Shaw. During festival hours, the roads will be blocked off so guests are free to roam the streets, visit vendors, dance, and mingle.

When: June 13 to 15, 2025
Where: College Street from Bathurst Street to Shaw Street
Cost: Free

The festival is inspired by classic neighbourhood block parties and transforms Liberty Village into an outdoor patio. Expect live entertainment, vendor booths, and delicious eats.

There will also be a pop-up market, a beer garden, and even lawn games.

Think epic live performances, adrenaline-pumping rides, and a lively sidewalk sale straight out of a European street market. Oh, and bring your appetite!

When: June 20 to 22, 2025
Where: Eglinton Avenue W., west of Dufferin Street

Join STACKT Market for part two of their BACKYARD Series: Pride Celebration.

Green Space Festival is back in Toronto for Pride Month, and it’s a free, all-ages dance party where everyone is welcome.

The best in drag and DJ talent will provide the entertainment and soundtrack for the five-day event, which will run from June 25 to 29, 2025. The dance parties are described as “the best alfresco parties with enticing music, queery performances, delicious food and drinks, and a whole lot of love.”

Themes include Starry Night, Disco Disco, One World hosted by Defected, Lipstick Jungle, and Tree House.

When: June 25 to 29, 2025
