If you’ve had enough deck the halls and boughs of holly for one year, don’t worry. There’s tons to do around Calgary to finish up 2025.

It’s all happening in the city, and you can bring the family along for this series of fun post-holiday activities. From live music to theatre shows, here’s everything you can get up to this Dec. 26-28 weekend in Calgary.

Sidepiece hits The Palace on Friday, Dec. 26, with support from Guest Who and Penny.

Get ready for an electrifying Alberta showdown at the Scotiabank Saddledome as the Calgary Flames prepare to light up the ice against the Edmonton Oilers.

When: Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025
Time: 8 p.m.
Where: Scotiabank Saddledome — 555 Saddledome Rise SE., Calgary
Tickets: $45+

Since 2010, PURE has been more than just a party — it’s been a tradition of unity, elegance, and world-class production. Gather dressed in white to experience breathtaking visuals, cutting-edge sound, and unforgettable performances from some of the biggest names in dance music.

Settle in with a pot of freshly steeped tea, then indulge in Alberta Bakery’s hand-crafted pastries and delicate finger sandwiches. Surrounded by vintage décor, warm spices and the soft glow of the season, you’ll feel as though you’ve wandered straight into an old-fashioned Christmas morning.

Inspired by the classic Pinocchio story (by Carlo Collodi) of a wooden puppet who dreams of becoming a real boy, and Buratino’s tale (by Alexei Tolstoy) of cleverness, adventure, and the fight for freedom, this performance is reimagined with a fresh twist.

The Unofficial End of an Era Tour delivers the full Taylor Swift experience with attention to detail and sparkling authenticity. Charity Eden, recognized as the world’s premier Taylor Swift performer, will bring every era to life with meticulous attention to detail, complete with a live band, professional dancers and immersive multimedia.

In its 39th year, Confederation Park will feature thousands of holiday lights designed to bring some Christmas cheer to the Calgary northwest.

When: Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025, to Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026
Time: 5:30 p.m. to midnight
Where: Confederation Park Golf Course — 14th St. NW, north of 24th Ave.
Tickets: Free

Pack the fam and your favourite furry friend into the car for a road trip out to Innisfail, catch some exquisite light displays, and rediscover the holiday magic.

When: Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, to Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026
Where: 5400 42nd Ave., Innisfail, Alta.
Cost: $30/vehicle for up to eight people

The ice should be ready to go on outdoor rinks in Calgary by Dec. 20, and you can spend the weekend skating on ice trails or at other choice outdoor spots.

Where: Parks across Calgary
