And just like that, it’s already the second week of August. Don’t fret, there are tons of things to do in Toronto to keep you busy and distracted from the thought that we only have a few weeks left of summer. From evening dances to exciting events and fun experiences, Toronto has plenty to offer this summer. To help you plan, we’ve rounded up the best things to do in Toronto. Get ready for a fun-filled week!

Here are 10 things to do in Toronto from Aug. 11 to 15:

Don’t miss out on this legendary concert. Lil Wayne will take the Budweiser Stage on Monday, and we’re sure it’s going to be amazing.

When: Aug. 11, 2025
Time: 7 p.m.
Where: Budweiser Stage
Cost: $126+

Dance the night away at The Well. The open-air space will have free salsa lessons and community dancing under the canopy. Every Tuesday in August, the evening begins with a 45-minute lesson from an instructor, followed by a DJ taking over until 10 p.m., with the best salsa, bachata, and cha-cha music.

Time: Starting at 7 p.m.
Where: Under the glass at The Well
Cost: Free

This beginner-friendly class combines the sounds of R&B with a fit, 45-minute pilates class. Bring your own mat and get ready to vibe!

When: Aug. 13, 2025
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Where: STACKT market
Cost: $24+

Enjoy $15 lunch specials every Wednesday from noon to 3 p.m. from restaurants like Haydn’s, Pampered Pig BBQ, Monday’s Off, Oi Sushi, Sunday’s Pasta Lab, and more.

Time: 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: STACKT market
Cost: Free to attend, pricing varies

Concert lunch, anyone? Berczy Park is hosting a concert lunchtime music series on Wednesdays in July and August.

Eat your lunch next to the famous “dog fountain” and enjoy a show!

Time: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Where: 35 Wellington St E
Cost: Free

Grab your pals and hit up The Drake on a Wednesday night for some trivia. Join host Aaron Brown, who will ask questions from celebrity chaos and offbeat geography to foodie lingo and themed curveballs; no topic is off-limits. The game starts at 7 p.m.

The top team scores a $100 Drake gift card, while second-place winners walk away with a rotating prize. While you’re there, try the $45 dinner prix fixe before, during, or after the game.

Each year, the Toronto Music Garden is transformed into a breathtaking open-air theatre, where music and nature intertwine in perfect harmony.

The Edwards Summer Music Series at the Toronto Botanical Garden is not one to miss. The concert series is running on Thursday evenings at 7 p.m., straight through August.

When: Aug. 14, 2025

Where: 755 Lawrence Ave. E.
Cost: Free

Dance to the sounds of the Greek bouzouki while you chow down and escape to the Mediterranean island, a perfect summer activity for all. 

When: Aug. 15 to 17, 2025

Where: St Lawrence Market
Cost: Free to attend

Canada’s largest fair and Toronto’s beloved end-of-summer celebration, the CNE is back and bigger than ever, for its 146th year. If you’re like us, you’ve probably already started counting down the days until you can stuff your face with Tiny Toms and ride on the Polar Express.

When: Aug. 15, 2025 and runs until Labour Day weekend on Sept. 1, 2025
Where: Exhibition Place
Cost: Ticket pricing varies
