It’s going to be a HOT week, Toronto! But that doesn’t mean we’re staying indoors. With all the things to do in Toronto, it’ll be hard to sit still. From street festivals to exciting events and fun experiences, the city has plenty to offer. To help you plan, we’ve rounded up the best things to do in Toronto. Get ready for a fun-filled week!

Here are 10 things to do this week:

On July 16, The Well will also kick off its new Outdoor Movie Series with a free screening of Ratatouille under the glass canopy.

“These events are open to the public and designed to turn The Well into a summer gathering space for neighbours, families, and city explorers alike,” share organizers.

To ensure maximum comfort, guests are encouraged to bring a blanket and grab some snacks and drinks available on-site.

Movie starts at 8:30 p.m. and set to end around 10 p.m.

Cost: Free

Grab your pals and hit up The Drake on a Wednesday night for some trivia. Join host Aaron Brown, who will ask questions from celebrity chaos and offbeat geography to foodie lingo and themed curveballs; no topic is off-limits. The game starts at 7 p.m.

The top team scores a $100 Drake gift card, while second-place winners walk away with a rotating prize. While you’re there, try their $45 dinner prix fixe before, during, or after the game. Treat yourself!

Time: Game starts at 7 p.m.
Where: The Drake Hotel – 1150 Queen St. W.
Cost: $5 per person

Enjoy $15 lunch specials every Wednesday from noon to 3 p.m. from restaurants like Haydn’s, Pampered Pig BBQ, Monday’s Off, Oi Sushi, Sunday’s Pasta Lab, and more.

Every Thursday evening in July, starting at 6 p.m., The Court will transform into a mini amphitheatre with live Jazz nights featuring Toronto-based musicians.

Expect a rotating lineup of jazz, soul, funk, and spoken word.

On Thursdays in the summer, there will be free live music in St. James Park.

Pull up a blanket and bring some snacks — it’s free to attend.

If you’re looking for a way to unwind after a long day while keeping wellness in mind, lululemon Scarborough Town Centre is hosting sunset yoga in one of Toronto’s most stunning estates.

When: Thursday, July 17, 2025
Time: 7 to 8 p.m.
Where: The Guild Inn Estate — 201 Guildwood Pkwy.
Cost: Minimum $5 donation

Canada’s largest annual festival celebrating the rich diversity of cuisine, music, and art in the Western Hemisphere. And it’s free to attend.

When: Friday to Sunday, July 18 to 20, 2025

Where: Nathan Phillips Square
Cost: Free

Join in on all the fun at Woodbine Park! Expect musical acts, food trucks, vendors, a beer garden, and more.

When: Friday to Sunday, July 18 to 20, 2025

This summer, the team is showcasing Romeo & Juliet, one of the most loved Shakespeare plays. It will the the sixth time this specific play has been done in High Park.

When: Runs until August 31, 2025
Time: Tuesdays through Saturdays at 8 p.m., and Sundays at 7 p.m.
Where: High Park
Cost: $29+ tax

Beginner-friendly sewing and upcycling workshops led by Studio Dialectica and the Shared Bag. Here, you can learn how to make your own denim tote bag, hem, sew buttons, or upcycle garments into new pieces. Sign up for individual classes on Eventbrite
