Summer is winding down, but the fun is not! Toronto, it’s that time of the week yet again. If you don’t have any plans, that’s where I come in. From concerts to festivals to The CNE, these are 10 of the best things to do this weekend.

It’s the most wonderful time of year: the CNE!

Shows, rides, food, and shopping. It’s got it all. Grab your tickets and enjoy any day this weekend.

When: Friday, Aug. 22 to Sunday, Aug. 24 (runs until Sept. 1)
Where: 210 Princes’ Blvd.
Cost: $26.55+ per ticket

Happening at Harbourfront, this celebration will showcase Taiwan’s identity through music, food and entertainment.

When: Friday, Aug. 22 to Sunday, Aug. 24 (runs until Sept. 1)
Where: Harbourfront Centre – 235 Queens Quay W.
Cost: Free admission

Emos from the past, present and future, the time has come.

My Chemical Romance is back on the Black Parade, performing at Rogers Centre on Friday.

When: Friday, Aug. 23
Time: 7 p.m.
Where: Rogers Centre – 1 Blue Jays Way
Cost: $122+ per ticket

“Toronto’s most dynamic art and muralism festival” is taking to the Yorkville streets this weekend.

Murals, inflatable art, immersive installations, live painting, thought-provoking art talks, dance battles, pop-up shops, music, need I say more?

When: Saturday, Aug. 23 and Sunday, Aug. 24
Where: Yorkville
Cost: Free admission

Wards Island is a pretty sweet place to begin with. Add a musical festival, and it’s even sweeter.

This grassroots fest is happening Saturday and Sunday.

When: Saturday, Aug. 23 and Sunday, Aug. 24
Time: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Where: Sankofa Square – 1 Dundas St. E.
Cost: Free admission

“Sankofa Day is a full-day celebration that invites everyone to a vibrant mix of culture, art, and community,” shares Sankofa Square.

The festivities are free, to boot.

When: Saturday, Aug. 23
Time: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Where: Sankofa Square – 1 Dundas St. E.
Cost: Free admission

If you’re a dog parent, then get pumped.

Doggie Fest celebrates all things dog and their owners, with festivities including a vendor market, fun games and photo ops.

When: Saturday, Aug. 23
Time: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Roundhouse Park – 255 Bremner Blvd.
Cost: Free admission

The Toronto Argos are at home this weekend, hosting the B.C Lions.

Nothing says fall is on the way like some football!

When: Saturday, Aug. 23
Time: 3 p.m.
Where: BMO Field – 170 Princes’ Blvd.
Cost: $37+ per ticket

My favourite Canadian band is playing Bud Stage on Saturday, and if you haven’t seen them, I highly recommend it.

Blue Rodeo tickets are still available, so grab yours before they sell out.

When: Saturday, Aug. 23
Time: 6:45 p.m.
Where: Budweiser Stage – 909 Lake Shore Blvd. W.
Cost: $55.75+ per ticket

Are you ready to rock, Toronto?

Nine Inch Nails is taking over Scotiabank Arena Saturday, grab those tickets!

Time: 8 p.m.
Where: Scotiabank Arena – 40 Bay St.
Cost: $84.70+ per ticket
