These magical castles are only available in five locations, and Edmonton is one of the lucky cities. This celebration has been ongoing since 2011 and remains one of the most sought-after winter attractions of all time.

Rabbit Hill is Edmonton’s largest snow resort, offering over 40 acres of terrain and a thrilling tube park for over 70 years. It is now open for the winter season.

The Edmonton Craft Beer Festival is where Canada’s craft culture comes to life. Explore hundreds of Canadian-made beverages, spirits, meads, and more, paired with bites from Edmonton’s top restaurants. But this is more than a tasting event—it’s a full-scale celebration.

Enjoy live music, games, sports lounges, interactive activations, and vibrant social spaces throughout the festival, with high-energy After Parties keeping the celebration going long after the pours end.

The Muttart Conservatory is well-known in Edmonton for being a tropical paradise indoors during the winter months. Year-round, it holds majestic botanical gardens for everyone to see.

Currently, the Muttart Conservatory is showing off its “Prehistoric Paradise” feature. It’s showing off a step back in time with a lush, tropical landscape of banana plants, vibrant bromeliads and dinosaurs, which provide an incredible backdrop for photos.

Every week on Wednesdays, The Grindstone hosts one of Edmonton’s only stand-up comedy open mic nights. Open to both first-timers and seasoned comics, each set is five minutes for some good laughs.
