February is already almost halfway over – where did the time go? If you’ve been lying low so far this month, now is the time to get out and enjoy what the city has to offer. The weather is warming up (slightly), and there’s lots to do in Toronto over the next few days. Grab a pal, loved one (it is Valentine’s weekend, after all), or head out on a solo adventure.

Here are 10 of the best things to do in Toronto this weekend.

CBC and Toronto Public Library are teaming up, putting on free Olympic watch parties at over 35 branches across the city.

Check out if a library near you is hosting, and enjoy.

This Stackt Market festival is as sweet as it gets, featuring treats, activations, and free admission.

When: Friday, Feb. 13 to Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026
Where: Stackt Market – 28 Bathurst St.
Cost: Free admission

Grab your girlies and grab your skates.

This Galentine’s Day skate at The Bentway has free skate rentals, a DJ spinning tracks, and free swag bags for the first 200 guests.

When: Friday, Feb. 13, 2026
Time: 5 p.m.
Where: The Bentway – 250 Fort York Blvd.
Cost: Free

This seated dinner at Toronto Zoo is the perfect event to take the animal lover in your life.

There will also be guest speakers, silent auctions, and more.

Happening at The Well, this mixer is for those ages 25 to 40, a perfect Valentine’s Day activity if you’re single.

If you’ve never gone to High Tea before, you must.

Casa Loma will have High Tea on Saturday and Sunday, with reservations still available.

This two-day festival outside of City Hall is going to be the ultimate Lunar New Year celebration in Toronto.

Think over 100 performances, fireworks, food, and shopping.

Where: Nathan Phillips Square/City Hall – 100 Queen St. W.
Cost: Free admission

“The Coca-Cola Coliseum at Exhibition Place is opening its doors to the community for a special weekend of free leisure skating for all. This is your opportunity to experience the rink in a truly memorable way. Imagine gliding across the very same ice where the Toronto Marlies and the Toronto Sceptres play,” shares Exhibition Place.

The free skates take place on both Saturday and Sunday.
