Disney’s The Lion King

The Well public skating
Now until March 18th, 2024, The Well welcomes all to enjoy its public skating rink. Grab your skates or borrow a pair from the Skating Hut and hit the ice. Rental rates for adults are $10 and kids sizes (1 to 13) are $5. All of the rental proceeds support the Out of the Cold Program, according to The Well.

Mt. Harriet’s
Head to Harriet’s Rooftop for an Apres Ski experience like no other! Dress in your cutest fit and enjoy themed cocktails and eats.
There’s a live DJ spinning the hottest tracks, setting the mood while you enjoy a view of the CN Tower.

Valentine’s Day Night Market Toronto
Getting a last-minute reservation can be tough around Valentine’s Day, so why not try something new? Toronto is getting a Valentine’s Day night market from Feb. 14 to 16, with everything from flowers to tattoos!

The Retro Arcade
Travel back to a time when video game arcades were a thing and Super Nintendos were the latest in tech. Hotel X has brought back its Retro Arcade with features such as Pinball, Mario Kart, Time Crisis, Street Fighter, Galaga, Dance Dance Revolution, and more. This month-long pop-up returns on Feb. 14, 2025.
On Fridays and Saturdays from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., there will be a DJ spinning vinyl tracks, perfect for gaming, snacking, and dancing, of course! You can also catch retro movies in the Hotel X Toronto Screening Room starting at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. from Thursday to Sunday. It’s free with any Retro Arcade ticket.

The Bentway
Skaters it’s time to hit up the 220m figure-eight skate trail under the Gardiner Expressway. Rentals are available but at a cost. This rink, however, is totally free to glide around on.

KUUMBA30
Celebrating its 30th year, KUUMBA Festival will showcase Black futures through music, theatre, spoken word, screenings and dance, happening all month long.

Alpina at Eataly
If you can’t hit the slopes anytime soon, this is the next best thing. Eataly on Bloor has a pop-up experience, Alpina, named after “the iconic landscape of the Italian Alps.” This limited-time pop-up will run through March 2025 with stunning decor for photo opportunities and a delicious menu to try.

Hangar Skate
Dance, or shall I say skate, under the lights and to curated music! Hangar Skate is a free event that you don’t want to miss out on! It is important to note that rink times must be booked in advance to ensure you’re able to hit the ice.
