Hodges Ward Elliott has completed the sale of the 462-room Crowne Plaza/Staybridge Suites located in Midtown Atlanta.

Hodges Ward Elliott has announced the completion of a transaction involving the sale of the dual-branded Crowne Plaza/Staybridge Suites in Midtown Atlanta. The firm represented an institutional seller in the deal.

The property, which stands 25 stories tall, is one of the 15 largest hotels in Atlanta. It features 462 guest rooms and 34,600 square feet of meeting and event space across 17 rooms. Additional amenities include four dining outlets, a rooftop pool deck, and a fitness center. The 25th-floor meeting space offers views of Downtown, Midtown, and the Georgia Tech campus.

The hotel is strategically located next to Georgia Tech and Emory University Hospital Midtown. It is also in proximity to major corporate offices such as Coca-Cola, Honeywell, and NCR VOYIX/Atleos. The area is experiencing significant investment and development, including the $500 million Emory Winship Cancer Institute and expansions at Georgia Tech.

The transaction was managed by a team from Hodges Ward Elliott, including Nate Ries, William Hodges, and Michael Tormey. The sale underscores the ongoing demand for hospitality assets in Atlanta’s urban core, which benefits from its connectivity and institutional demand.

The hotel is positioned near the Fox Theatre and the North Avenue MARTA Station, enhancing its accessibility. The sale reflects the continued interest in Atlanta’s hospitality sector, driven by its strategic location and surrounding developments.
