5 Montreal Canadiens players are on Cameo and one of them charges over $270 per video

11 June 20253 Mins Read

If you’ve ever wanted a Montreal Canadiens player to say happy birthday to your uncle or chirp your Leafs-fan friend, there’s a way to make it happen — for a price.

A handful of active Habs players are on Cameo, a platform where you can buy personalized video messages from celebrities and athletes. Some are surprisingly affordable, but one star is charging more than $270 per shoutout.

Here are the five current Canadiens players you can book a video from right now and what it’ll cost you.

Patrik Laine – $109 CAD

Finnish forward Patrik Laine and his fiancée Jordan Leigh recently started uploading custom video messages for fans. The couple, who moved to Montreal during the 2024-25 season, has received seven reviews so far, all with a five-star rating. Their page is currently offering a 20% discount, bringing their price down from $136.

Jake Evans — $110 CAD

Recently signing a four-year extension with the Habs, longtime Canadiens centre Jake Evans is also on Cameo.

The forward charges $110 for a personal video, with a 24-hour turnaround available. He also has perfect 5-star reviews across the board from 36 fans.

Christian Dvorak — $110 CAD

Also charging $110, Dvorak is one of the newer names on Cameo. Though he doesn’t have any reviews yet, he’s offering the same quick turnaround time as Evans.

Jakub Dobes — $121 CAD

Backup Montreal goaltender Jakub Dobes is new to the platform and charges slightly more than his teammates at $121. Like Dvorak, he’s still waiting on his first batch of reviews.

Brendan Gallagher — $275 CAD

The Habs’ longtime alternate captain tops the list as the most expensive Canadiens player on Cameo. A custom message from Gallagher will run you $275, or as much as $344 once his sale ends.

To be fair, the 33-year-old has a 4.93-star rating with 88 reviews, so fans are clearly happy with what they get.

Canadiens captain Nick Suzuki is also registered on Cameo but his account is not active at the moment.

You’ll also find Habs legends like Larry Robinson, Chris Nilan, and Guy Carbonneau — plus Bell Centre announcer Michel Lacroix — offering shoutouts on the platform. Former players like Tyler Toffoli and Jesperi Kotkaniemi have pages, too.

But if you want a message straight from someone on the current roster, just be ready to drop NHL ticket-level cash to hear them say your name.
