Monomoy Property Ventures and Axonic Capital have acquired 590 West Peachtree Street in Atlanta, planning a conversion to a Marriott hotel by late 2027.

Monomoy Property Ventures and Axonic Capital announced the acquisition of 590 West Peachtree Street in Atlanta. The property will undergo a significant renovation and conversion to operate under the Marriott Hotels brand. Schulte Hospitality Group has been appointed to manage the property.

The current facility includes 462 guestrooms, with over 20% comprising suites equipped with kitchenettes. It also features more than 30,000 square feet of meeting space. The renovation will include upgrades to guestrooms, suites, and public areas, as well as modernization of back-of-house systems to align with Marriott brand standards. Cooper Carry has been selected as the architect for the project.

Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2026, following the World Cup events in Atlanta, with a reopening planned for late 2027, ahead of Super Bowl LXII. The rebranded hotel will join the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and will feature new food and beverage options, a redesigned “M-Club,” and updated meeting and event spaces.

Schulte Hospitality Group will immediately oversee operations and commercial strategy for the property.
