Hotel101 Global Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HBNB) has opened Hotel101-Madrid to the public as of March 10, 2026. The property, located at Av. Fuerzas Armadas 328 in the Valdebebas district of Madrid features 680 rooms and is available for bookings through the Hotel101 App and several hotel booking platforms.

Hotel101-Madrid is situated beside the Ciudad Real Madrid training complex and is in close proximity to the new Formula 1 Madrid Grand Prix circuit. The property is among the top five largest hotels in Spain by room count. The location offers access to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas International Airport, the Valdebebas train station, and IFEMA, a major convention complex in Spain.

Amenities at Hotel101-Madrid include swimming pools, function rooms, a business centre, a gym, an all-day dining restaurant called HBNB Kitchen operated by Grupo La Sucursal from Valencia, a convenience store, a laundry room, over 200 parking spaces, and a 24/7 reception. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette.

The opening of Hotel101-Madrid marks Hotel101 Global’s first project in Europe.
