TLC and Salt-N-Pepa at RBC Amphitheatre
Throw it back to the ‘90s on Tuesday when TLC and Salt-N-Pepa hit the stage in Toronto on Friday! The legendary groups are teaming up for a co-headlining tour, aptly titled It’s Iconic. Special guest En Vogue will also be joining them.
Toronto Dragon Festival
Spend your long weekend at a massive festival taking over Nathan Phillips Square! The seventh annual Toronto Dragon Festival is running from Friday to Sunday, featuring a Chinese folk dance, a magical Luminati Night Light Show, a high-fashion runway, Asian street food and more.
Labour Day fireworks
Celebrate the long weekend by enjoying a spectacular Labour Day fireworks display! While there aren’t any official fireworks shows right in the city, if you head just a little bit outside it to places like Canada’s Wonderland, you can enjoy one final colourful show before summer ends.
T.U. Jazz Fest
The jazz fun isn’t over yet for the summer! The 12th annual T.U. Jazz Fest returns to Mel Lastman Square from Friday to Sunday, bringing free live music across two outdoor stages. Highlights this year include Juno Award-winning artist Justin Gray, late night jam sessions and more!
Toronto International BuskerFest

A massive busking festival is taking over Woodbine Park the entire long weekend! Toronto International BuskerFest will bring street performers, acrobatics, circus acts, comedy, music and even fire-breathing to the city. And don’t miss Bark in the Park TO, featuring the Canine Circus!
Pitbull at Scotiabank Arena
Toronto is about to be paid a visit by Mr. Worldwide himself! His I’m Back tour is coming to the city on Saturday, where he’ll be joined by special guest Lil Jon. Don’t forget to bust out your bald cap for the occasion — it seems to be the favoured concert accessory of the entire tour!
Canadian International Air Show

Prepare your earplugs! Toronto’s waterfront will turn into the city’s biggest outdoor stage from Saturday to Monday for the Canadian International Air Show at the CNE. This year’s lineup includes the Canadian Forces Snowbirds and the debuting Jack Aces Formation Aerobatic Team.
Pre-Existing Condition at Coal Mine Theatre
Catch the Canadian premiere of the acclaimed Pre-Existing Condition, running at the Coal Mine Theatre from Sunday until Sept. 27. Stars include Diana Bentley and Lindsay Leese, and the play follows the aftermath of a life-altering harmful relationship — it’s vague for a reason!
