90 Day Fiancé star Sophie Sierra is getting candid about her recent plastic surgery procedure after looking unrecognizable in recent photos.
The reality star, who fans know from her most recent appearance in 90 Day: The Last Resort, took to social media this week to finally give fans a “secret reveal” and show off her new and improved ‘bod.

In a clip posted to TikTok on Thursday, Dec. 26, Sierra admitted to her followers that she recently underwent a breast augmentation, a decision she made after losing a significant amount of weight.
“I got these done!” she said while pointing to her chest in the new video, which showed her wearing a low-cut top to flaunt her new implants.

Sierra then explained why she chose to undergo the procedure in the first place.
“I got them done because I lost almost 30 pounds,” the 26-year-old stated. “I’ve always had a large chest but when I lost the weight, they literally disappeared. And I’m not used to being flat-chested personally. That’s kind of just what I’m used to. So I just kind of wanted my size back.”
Sierra said she had the procedure done just about a week ago, and that contrary to what some online critics may think, she doesn’t feel a need to keep the surgery a secret.
“I actually don’t gatekeep and everything I do I tell you guys,” Sierra said in the clip. She ended the video by telling her followers she was “happy to answer” any questions fans may have about her experience.
