  • Sindalah, a luxury island resort, was recently opened by the NEOM Board of Directors, marking a significant milestone in the progress of Saudi Vision 2030.
  • Located in the Red Sea, Sindalah boasts tech-driven design, world-class amenities, and a commitment to sustainability. By 2028, it is expected to generate approximately 3,500 jobs and host up to 2,400 guests per day.

The NEOM Board of Directors has unveiled Sindalah, its first physical showcase since its announcement in December 2022. Sindalah is a luxury resort island located five kilometers off the NEOM coastline in the Red Sea. Transformed from an idea to reality in a two-year effort involving a 30,000-strong workforce, it marks a significant stride in Saudi Arabia’s tourism ambitions under Saudi Vision 2030.

Sindalah’s design combines natural beauty with cutting-edge technology, offering world-class hotels, restaurants, and experiences. By 2028, the island is expected to welcome up to 2,400 guests daily and create around 3,500 jobs, contributing to the Kingdom’s flourishing hospitality and tourism sectors in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The island’s surrounding waters are home to a rich marine ecosystem, and preserving Sindalah’s natural marine habitat has been a critical aspect of its development. Sindalah also features a state-of-the-art 86-berth marina, a yacht club, and world-class golfing facilities. The island offers a variety of accommodation options, including 440 rooms, 88 villas, and 218 luxury serviced apartments.
