Hyatt Centric Cairo West recently opened its doors as Cairo’s first art-focused lifestyle hotel. The hotel offers an immersive experience combining Egypt’s rich cultural heritage and vibrant art scene. It is located in the heart of Cairo West, within easy reach of the Grand Egyptian Museum and Giza Pyramids.
The hotel features 301 guest rooms and suites, a large pool, an aqua gym, a unique poolside billiard table, and Egypt’s first podcast and guitar studio in a hotel. 11 local Egyptian artists collaboratively created the hotel’s design and décor, infusing each space with modern and traditional elements.
The hotel’s prime location is close to the city’s major business hubs and tourist attractions. It aims to provide travelers with a unique stay experience in the Egyptian capital. The design draws inspiration from Egypt’s rich historical legacy and features an array of collaborative artworks created using various mediums.
The guestrooms are inspired by the ancient Egyptian baboon, a symbol deeply rooted in Egypt’s heritage. Each room features this character in bright colors, blending modernity and traditional charm.
Hyatt Centric Cairo West is the second Hyatt branded hotel in Cairo and marks the entry of the Hyatt Centric brand in Africa. The hotel aims to create a culinary experience for guests with various dining options, including a Grab and Go Market, a Lobby Lounge Bar, a Whiskey Lounge, and the vibrant Rizz Pool Bar. The hotel’s main restaurant, Muse, offers a diverse menu that encompasses flavors from Egypt and worldwide.
