After a very “tumultuous” stay in the lair—in which she feuded with, well, everyone—Victoria Larson‘s time on House of Villains Season 2 officially came to an end when Supervillain of the Week Kandy Muse banished her from the house and brutally sent her home in one of the show’s signature flipping chairs in last night’s episode.
In case you missed, it, E! Network’s House of Villains brought together 10 of reality television’s most infamous and polarizing personalities (including The Bachelor alum Larson) to join together in one Los Angeles mansion and betray, backstab and banish their way to a $200,000 cash prize and the title of “America’s Ultimate Supervillain.”
And with iconic reality antiheroes like Survivor’s Richard Hatch, The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice, The Flavor of Love‘s Tiffany “New York” Pollard and The Challenge’s Wes Bergmann in the mix, Victoria had quite the time scrapping for her place in the villains’ lair each week.

Now banished from the game, Victoria talked to Parade regarding how she felt about Teresa’s betrayal, what she would have done differently, strategy-wise, and which reality show she wants to take on next.
House of Villains Season 2 is here! Every week, Parade.com’s Christina Izzo will bring you interviews with the villain most recently banished from the lair.
Interview with Victoria Larson from House of Villains Season 2
Christina Izzo: You had a bit of a tumultuous time during House of Villains. Looking back now, how would you categorize your time on the show? Was it overall worth doing?
Victoria Larson: Yeah, I’m super grateful for the experience and I would love to do it again. I think I really did have PTSD from filming The Bachelor, just all of the backlash after that was so hard and it was challenging to live in the house but overall, I’m happy with the experience.
Let’s take it back to your initial thoughts about the cast. Who were you immediately getting along with, who did you think you were going to butt heads with? Did you know any of your castmates before heading into the house?
I knew who Teresa was, I knew who New York was, I vaguely knew of Kandy because I watch [RuPaul’s Drag Race] but I wasn’t, like, super invested. I thought I’d get along with Teresa, and then New York, I was like, ‘Oh my god, I cannot with this girl,’ but then I ended up loving her.
One of your bigger feuds, especially in recent episodes, was with The Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen, who you knew before House of Villains from your time in Florida. We saw how things played out between you two in the house but how was your relationship beforehand? Were you surprised by how contentious things got between you two?
I wasn’t surprised because I feel like I have a good read on people—that wasn’t far-fetched from my understanding. But it did get a bit tiring at the end. I was just so exhausted. I feel like even in the episode, she was saying, like, ‘Oh, you’re talking over me,’ but she was talking over me. I just felt like there was a lot of conflict that I don’t have in my day-to-day life, so that was challenging.

So, you get put on the Hit List with Larsa and Safaree—why do you think Kandy nominated you? Were you surprised to see Safaree and Larsa alongside you on the Hit List?
I was grateful to see Larsa [Pippen] on the Hit List because I wanted her to go home. And Safaree [Samuels], yeah, I would have put him up too if I had been [Supervillain of the Week]. If I had won Supervillain, Kandy knew I was going to target her. I didn’t really have issues with people, I know that everyone was hating on me, but I was just like in la-la land, and I only had an issue with Kandy because she didn’t vote for me in my original Hit List, so Kandy knew I was going to put her up. I wasn’t surprised but I was like, ‘F**k, I’m so burnt out,’ like, I didn’t have any strength left to fight for it.
Let’s talk about the Redemption Challenge, “Cap It Off.” You said later that that type of challenge wasn’t your strong suit. What did you think about that particular challenge returning this season and what type of challenge would you have rather competed in to get yourself off the Hit List?
I do love all of the challenges that the show did this season; I thought they were all super creative and fun. I just wasn’t feeling creative that day and so, I don’t know what I would have rather done. Maybe like a physical challenge. [The housemates] said I was funny, and I think I’m funny and very lighthearted and I’m not very serious. But that’s, like, when you’re just in your normal life. To be told, ‘Hey, be funny right now,’ that I can’t do.
Speaking of comedy, House of Villains regularly includes funny little sketches and bits in between all of the house drama and challenges. This week saw you acting alongside Teresa as Mother Teresa. How was it filming that?
Filming that particular one was a bit awkward only because I was up for elimination at that point and Teresa had given me her word and then changed her mind, so I just didn’t know where I stood with her. And I remember I had to like look into her eyes as if she’s Mother Teresa and I was like, ‘This is f**king weird.’ The other stuff was fun to film because it’s lighthearted and goofy and you get out of the drama for a little bit, so that’s fun. And I love the dolls!
You went into the banishment ceremony feeling confident about your alliances, who obviously went on to make some surprising votes. What were your initial thoughts upon realizing you were being banished?
It didn’t make sense, like when I went home. I was shocked, I was so hurt, I felt so betrayed, so heartbroken. And I just felt very excluded, so I’m grateful New York voted for me because otherwise I would have died.
Knowing then what you know now, would you have changed up your alliances? Because Wes and Teresa didn’t save you—it ended up being New York of all people who voted to keep you in the house.
Yeah, even when I went home, I was like ‘You know what, I should have just sucked up to Larsa,” like I could have won $250,000. I should have figured that out. I shouldn’t have used the [Knock Blocker] on Jessie [Godderz]. I should’ve used it on Larsa or Kandy. There were a lot of shoulda, coulda, wouldas, but that’s life, too. It was a big learning experience.

Who do you think is the biggest threat in the house?
I think Wes is a big threat because he’s done this before. I think Larsa is a big threat because she’s casually manipulative. People don’t realize she’s game playing but from my observation, her whole life is one big gameplay, so she’s experienced as well as Wes.
Have you spoken to any of your housemates since the elimination? Has Teresa reached out?
Teresa and I are on good terms, I speak with her pretty often. And I speak with Wes, Safaree, Kandy, Camilla [Poindexter], even Larissa [Lima] and, of course, New York.
That’s good to hear about you and Larissa making up because last time she was on the show in her elimination episode, you guys had that whole Raiders-related football blowout.
Yeah, we still need to go to a Raiders game together!

The Bachelor is known for its drama and manipulations, but this was your first real competitive reality TV show. Following your time on House of Villains, would you do another reality TV competition? And if so, which one—Survivor?
I don’t think Survivor is my calling; I for sure would be the first one gone from there. I would love to do The Traitors, I love that show. I would love to do House of Villains again because it is comedy, and I want to do Dancing with the Stars, but I would also probably be the first one eliminated because I can’t dance. But that would be fun!
And finally, what’s your beef with French toast? You called it disgusting in the episode—was it just because Larsa was cooking it?
Partially! But I feel like they were making French toast every day. I would go into the kitchen and see a whole loaf of bread, like, I’ve never seen anyone make so much French toast in my entire life. And I just kind of thought French toast was gross anyway. You’re dunking bread into egg. For breakfast, I’ll do green juice or hard-boiled eggs, some kind of protein. Why are you eating carbs and sugar as soon as you wake up? What’s going on? Every single day. So weird!
E!’s “House of Villains” airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on E! and episodes are available to stream on Peacock.
