Hilton has announced an agreement with Parks Hospitality Holdings to establish a Conrad Hotels & Resorts property in Los Cabos, Mexico. Slated to open in 2027, Conrad Los Cabos will be the first Conrad hotel in Baja California Sur, where Hilton already operates eight properties.
The senior vice president of development, architecture, design and construction for the Caribbean and Latin America region at Hilton, Juan Corvinos, described the signing as a pivotal step in expanding their luxury portfolio in Mexico. This move signifies Hilton’s commitment to providing unique experiences in desirable locations like Los Cabos.
The CEO of Parks Holdings, Charles Elmann Fasja, expressed excitement about strengthening their partnership with Hilton by introducing Conrad Los Cabos to Mexico’s luxury hospitality landscape. He emphasized Mexico’s potential to become a global leader in luxury travel due to its rich culture, artistic heritage, culinary sophistication, and natural beauty.
Designed by Legorreta Architects, Conrad Los Cabos will blend bold design with local elements, reflecting the flora and fauna of Baja California Sur. The resort will offer 175 accommodations, including 111 guest rooms, 21 suites, and 43 Conrad Residences with two- to four-bedroom layouts.
The property will also feature wellness amenities such as a 3,000-square-foot spa, a fitness center, and a bridal suite with a full-service salon. Guests will find five dining venues, boutique shops, and meeting spaces within the resort.
Conrad Los Cabos will be part of OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf, an 860-acre oceanfront resort community home to the first golf course in Mexico designed by World Golf Hall of Famer Ernie Els.
Hilton is expanding its presence in Mexico, the company’s largest and fastest-growing market in the Caribbean and Latin America. The signing of Conrad Los Cabos is part of Hilton’s broader strategy to grow its multi-brand, multi-destination presence in Mexico.
