Robert Irwin, the son of the late Steve Irwin and his wife, Terri, bravely handled a rough situation on Christmas Day when a surprising intruder appeared in his home.
In a new video Robert shared on TikTok, the 21-year-old began, “Welcome back to another episode of ‘Tell me you live in Australia without telling me you live in Australia.'”

He then switched the camera around to show his shoe rack with a few different pairs on it, along with a long snake just hanging out on top of Robert’s boots.
“What’s the plan here, mate?” Robert asked the snake. It then started burrowing into his boot, with the TV host saying, “Get out of my shoe!” But the snake wasn’t inclined to listen, fitting everything but the end of its tail in the footwear.
Eventually, Robert took the matter into his own hands—literally—as he reached into his boot and took the snake out, likely to return it to nature.
“What are you doing on a shoe rack? You don’t even have any feet,” joked Robert as he held the snake.

He wrote in the caption, “Fun little Christmas surprise. Wanted presents in my stocking… got a snake in my boot.”
Fans enjoyed the fun video, with one top-liked comment joking, “I feel like Robert Irwin is the only person trained to live in Australia.”
Another commended Robert’s joke, writing, “’You don’t even have any feet’ was way funnier than it should’ve been,” as others called the line “perfection” and said, “Im cackling.”

This isn’t the first time Robert has smoothly faced an animal intruder, with the young conservationist finding a monkey in his hotel room during a trip to South Africa earlier this year.
