Shania Twain’s fans praised the natural look she rocked in a new holiday-themed photo posted this week on social media.
The 59-year-old singer known fondly among her listeners as the “Queen of Country Pop” shared the snapshot on Instagram on Wednesday, Dec. 25. “Merry Christmas from snowy Switzerland! ☺️❄️🎄🤍,” she wrote to caption the post, which also included a short video that showed off her snow-covered surroundings.

In the photo, Twain embraced a makeup-free look as she aimed an open-mouthed smile directly at the camera. She had her hair pulled away from her face in a bun and wore black pants and a cozy gray sweater. Pictured on the sweater were Mickey and Minnie Mouse, with each Disney character wearing a Santa hat as they stood above the word “Jolly.”
The “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” hitmaker was photographed standing in a kitchen. A pot sat on the stove beside her while fruit was organized in a couple of bowls on the table in the foreground.

The five-time Grammy Award winner concluded her two-part Instagram carousel with a short video that showed a small dog sitting on the snowy ground outside. The camera panned away from the dog to show holiday lights that decorated a fence and a Christmas tree that was set up in the area.
Some fans gushed over the “That Don’t Impress Me Much” singer’s location, with one suggesting that Switzerland might just be “a perfectly christmas-y place to write a christmas album 👀🎄🤠.”
