LivAway Suites and West77 Partners have started construction on a new extended-stay hotel in Tolleson, Arizona, marking the beginning of a significant expansion in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The project is part of a broader strategy to establish multiple LivAway Suites locations across the market, solidifying the brand’s position within the extended-stay sector.
Six additional LivAway Suites locations are scheduled to break ground in Arizona in 2025. West77 Partners and LivAway Suites see Arizona as a region with substantial growth opportunities for the extended-stay hotel experience. The newly established West77 Partners office in the Phoenix area, which opened in September 2024, will help accelerate the growth of LivAway Suites in the region.
President of West77 Partners, Dan Barrett explained that various industries, including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing, drive Arizona’s increasing demand for extended-stay hotels. The Tolleson area is attractive due to the presence of large hospitals and major distribution centers, which attract professionals and families for long-term stays.
According to LivAway Suites executives, over $250 million has been invested in locations across the United States over the past 18 months. In the next two years, an additional $500 million will be allocated to new locations, with around $100 million expected to be invested in Arizona.
LivAway Suites COO Kevin Dailey emphasized the company’s commitment to Arizona and its plan to expand throughout the state, offering premium extended-stay experiences at affordable prices. By the end of 2026, the company aims to have 50 locations operating or under construction across the country.
