WASHINGTON – All 67 victims have been recovered from the Potomac River following a deadly mid-air collision between an American Airlines plane and a military helicopter last week.

By the numbers:
67 victims’ remains have been recovered. 60 victims were passengers aboard American Airlines flight 5342. Four victims were crew onboard the American Airlines flight.
Three victims were on the Black Hawk helicopter.

D.C.’s chief medical examiner confirmed that 65 of the 67 remains recovered have been positively identified.
Ten sets of remains have been returned to their families, including those of American Airlines flight attendant Ian Epstein.
