- Four Seasons, in partnership with RAK Properties, is set to launch a new luxury resort and private residences in Mina, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Four Seasons, a global leader in luxury hospitality and branded residential offerings, is teaming up with RAK Properties, a top real estate developer in Ras Al Khaimah, to establish a new luxury beach resort and private residences. The development is part of the 1,000-acre master-planned waterfront destination, Mina.
The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina is set to raise the bar for the region’s luxury hospitality and lifestyle services. The resort will feature approximately 150 rooms, suites, and signature villas, while the private residences will include about 130 units. The development is expected to transform Mina into a top-tier destination for luxury living and vacationing.
“Mina has been designed as a two-island escape amid the surrounding beauty of Ras Al Khaimah,” says Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties. The development will provide guests and residents with stunning sea views, marina access, and world-class amenities, including spas, waterfront restaurants and cafes.
The resort and residences are strategically positioned near Mina’s key leisure attractions, including the Yacht Club, Wharf, and Boulevard, making it one of the UAE’s most sought-after destinations. Killa Design, a renowned global architectural design practice, has been appointed to lead the concept masterplan design process for the new Four Seasons at Mina.
Offering a dynamic variety of accommodations and amenities, the Four Seasons Resort Ras Al Khaimah will cater to the needs of every discerning traveler. The development will also feature wellness facilities, sports courts, a fully equipped fitness center, and event spaces.
