Kerzner International Holdings Limited has announced a significant expansion of its SIRO brand with the upcoming SIRO Roppongi in Tokyo, Japan. This decision follows recent brand extensions in Mexico and Saudi Arabia and the successful opening of SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai.
The SIRO Roppongi represents a strategic move into the Asia Pacific hospitality market. The hotel, expected to open in 2029, will be located in central Tokyo’s Minato-ku ward, offering proximity to renowned art galleries, museums, and Michelin-starred restaurants. The hotel will feature 100 guestrooms and modern wellness facilities, including a Fitness Lab and Recovery Lab.
SIRO hotels offer a holistic well-being approach, focusing on nutrition, fitness, sleep, recovery, and mindfulness.
