ITB Berlin 2025 is set to exhibit a broad range of international technological innovations in the travel industry, with a significant increase in exhibitors showcasing eSim, AI, and payment products.
ITB Berlin 2025 is set to redefine industry standards in its Travel Technology segment, functioning as the international hub for tech-based innovations in the travel sector. The event scheduled for 4th to 6th March 2025 in Berlin will feature exhibitors from more than 40 countries, spread across six halls. Attendees can expect a comprehensive view of technological solutions, including insightful keynote speeches, panel discussions, and presentations on the eTravel Stage.
The event focuses on industry leaders like Amadeus and Sabre and booths from Travelsoft, ATCORE Technology, and others. The exhibition sees a surge in exhibitors presenting eSim, AI, and payment solutions, with global payment giants VISA and Stripe debuting at ITB Berlin 2025.
Automation is a key theme this year, attracting new exhibitors like Casablanca.ai and Aphy.com. These providers offer AI-based applications to enhance hospitality personnel management. There’s also an emphasis on housekeeping technologies, with companies like Sweeply and Flexkeeping presenting digital tools to streamline hotel management and room cleaning processes.
Customer relationship management, booking efficiency, and direct booking solutions are also in the spotlight. For the first time, ITB Berlin will provide guided tours of the Technology Halls, showcasing key tech developments under the slogan ‘Future Ready with Tech Innovations’.
ITB Innovators are previewing future trends, including tech innovations from software solutions to eSim products and virtual assistants. Networking opportunities abound in spaces like the Travel Tech Café powered by GIATA and the eTravel Lounge powered by Travelport.
The Destination Tech Track highlights the intersection between technology and travel destinations, while the Tours & Activities Track presents innovative solutions for travel experiences. Lufthansa Innovation Hub’s Tino Klaehne will kick off the event with a keynote speech on the future of travel trends and technologies.
Sessions throughout the three-day event cover a wide range of tech-related topics, from AI’s role in company structures to effective Google prompting strategies. The event will close with a session on Digital Humanism, focusing on the amalgamation of technology and hospitality for tomorrow’s travelers.
For the first time, all sessions can be followed via live stream on the ITB Navigator and later available on the ITB Berlin YouTube channel.
