Maybourne has unveiled plans for a groundbreaking project in Paris, expected to be completed by 2027. The company aims to bring a palace-style hotel and ultra-luxury branded residences to the Parisian quarter of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, marking a significant expansion of its prestigious hotel portfolio.
The Maybourne Saint-Germain will be located in the iconic 17th-century Îlot Saint-Germain, turning a new page in the landmark building’s history. The development will house 23 ultra-luxury residences envisioned by renowned French interior designers Pierre-Yves Rochon and Laura Gonzalez.
The project also represents Maybourne’s commitment to creating elevated experiences that harmonize local culture with their brand’s dedication to excellence. The Maybourne Saint-Germain, while extraordinary in its own right, will align with its sister hotels through the brand’s signature craftsmanship, progressive vision, and unrivaled locations.
The Maybourne Saint-Germain promises to offer six food and beverage outlets, including a Japanese restaurant and patisserie, along with access to Maybourne’s new wellness and longevity brand, Surrenne. This development underscores the company’s strategy to grow selectively in key urban gateways worldwide.
