Weekend warriors, there’s a new spot to escape to in Ontario that celebrates all things wellness, relaxation and connection. The Liberty Inn opened in February 2025, a high-end boutique retreat located in Caledon, Ontario and nestled at the edge of Forks of the Credit Provincial Park.
If you’re looking for somewhere new to check out for a little getaway from the hustle and bustle, look no further.
According to The Liberty Inn, the spot was originally built in 1855, making The Liberty Inn one of Canada’s oldest stone and brick buildings. While preserving its rich heritage, the new owners Bruno Roldan and Jacqui Liberty “have revitalized the space, merging modern luxury with timeless charm.”
“The Liberty Inn is more than a place to stay—it’s a place to feel inspired. We’ve created an environment where every detail invites guests to pause, reflect, and connect—with themselves, with nature, and with the people they love. Our hope is that The Liberty Inn becomes a place of meaning for every person who steps through its doors,” says Roldan and Liberty.
The hotel is situated on a sanctuary comprised of five suites, perennial and cut flower gardens, and direct access to the Forks of the Credit Provincial Park.
The focus on wellness is a key part of staying here, including a “woodland spa experience.” Guests of The Liberty Inn can enjoy a sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub, all set in a gorgeous natural setting with a wood-burning fireplace to set the mood.
As for the suites, red and blue light therapy masks are included in every room, along with a skin care kit, weighted bath robes, haircare products and diffuser scents. Some rooms feature other incredible wellness tools like steam showers and an infrared sauna.
Suites start at $500 per night and range from sleeping two to five guests.
