The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia announces a major ballroom redesign and expansion, set to be completed by October 2025. With this upgrade, the luxury hotel aims to enhance its position as a premier venue for large-scale events.
The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia has announced an extensive redesign and expansion of its ballroom, set to be unveiled in October 2025. The renovation is a strategic move to solidify the hotel’s position as a leading venue for luxury events and business gatherings.
The reimagined ballroom, designed by 1508 London, will blend modern and sophisticated architectural elements with classic grandeur. The 9,000-square-foot space, located on the fifth floor, will offer city views and an exquisite fusion of contemporary and classic design elements. A grand new entrance and a seeded-glass chandelier will serve as key features, adding a touch of timeless elegance to the space.
The renovation also introduces architectural details, such as custom-designed partitions that offer functional separation and an elegant connection to the surrounding space. The ballroom’s new plaster ceiling will replace the former gold leaf finish, providing an understated elegance.
With a seated dinner capacity of 400 guests and a cocktail-style reception capacity of 600, the enhanced ballroom is poised to host grand weddings, galas, corporate events, and social gatherings. The pre-function areas on Levels 2 and 5 will also be upgraded, offering inviting spaces for guests to relax and socialize.
The newly designed ballroom and its accompanying spaces will be available for bookings following the renovation’s completion in October 2025.
