Rosewood Little Dix Bay Appoints Katya Herting as New Managing Director

Rosewood Little Dix Bay has named Katya Herting as its new Managing Director. Herting, a seasoned professional in luxury hospitality, brings over twenty years of experience to her new position. She will manage all aspects of the resort’s operations, maintain its high standards, and reinforce its reputation as a premier destination in the British Virgin Islands.

Herting expressed enthusiasm about joining the Rosewood team and embracing the rich culture and stunning natural environment of the British Virgin Islands. She also highlighted her commitment to align with Rosewood’s dedication to authenticity, cultural engagement, and guest experience.

Herting has a broad range of experience in luxury hospitality, having held leadership roles in prestigious properties across Asia, Europe, and South America. Most notably, she served as General Manager for Raffles Bali, where she was instrumental in launching the hotel and establishing its brand presence through cultural immersion and operational excellence.

She has also held key leadership positions at Swissôtel The Stamford and Fairmont Singapore. In these roles, she managed large-scale operations and initiated significant improvements in guest experience and service innovation. Herting is recognized for her strategic insight, commitment to excellence, and ability to boost service standards through innovative methods and the incorporation of advanced hospitality practices.
