The Peachtree Group has secured its I-956F authorization from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for the SpringHill Suites by Marriott development in Bryce Canyon, Utah. This approval signifies a critical step in Peachtree’s continuous endeavors to harness the EB-5 program, which is aimed at fostering economic growth and job creation in the U.S.
The hotel development is currently under construction and is financed by $16.95 million in floating-rate funding over a three-year term from Peachtree. The 127-room hotel, located roughly 10 minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park—a renowned American natural attraction that attracts over 2 million visitors annually—is projected to be completed by mid-2025.
This is the third time Peachtree Group has received I-956F approval. Earlier, the group obtained approvals for the Home2 Suites by Hilton development in Boone, North Carolina, and the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Palmdale, California.
The Peachtree Group introduced its EB-5 program in 2023. This financing tool supports job-creating projects across the nation. The group remains dedicated to providing top-tier investment and development opportunities through its growing portfolio of EB-5 projects.
The EB-5 visa plan allows foreign investors to secure a green card in return for a noteworthy investment in a new commercial venture that creates jobs in the U.S. Under this scheme, foreign nationals investing a minimum of $800,000 in a U.S. project that establishes or preserves at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers can apply for permanent residency.
