The Kansas City Chiefs may have found themselves in a bit of hot water with Taylor Swift fans after they “forgot” an “important” detail in a playful new video of Travis Kelce.
The team took on an ongoing TikTok challenge in one of their latest posts, which flaunted one of their star players as “A man of many talents and a man of many names ❤️.”
The TikTok video featured the following text over footage of the tight end posing for a photo shoot: “’Travis Kelce’ to the government, ‘Kelce’ to his coaches, ‘Trav’ to his teammates, ‘Travis’ to his family, ‘Uncle Travy’ to his nieces, ‘Killa Trav’ to Chiefs Kingdom, ‘Big Yeti’ to the 92%ers.”
While one Swiftie felt that the team’s social media crew “ate” with the clip, others were quick to point out a glaring omission from the lineup—though it’s clear there’s no real bad blood.

“They totally missed guy on the chiefs 🥲,” one lamented, while another declared Kelce to be “‘Karma’ aka ‘the guy on the Chiefs’ to Swifties.”
“& uhmmm helloo… u forgot the most important one!!!” another Swiftie exclaimed, tagging the football team’s official account to remain them that Kelce is “KARMA to @taylorswift13 & us swifties.”
Over on TikTok, the team did reply to one fan’s comment calling out the error, leaving a hand heart emoji (which is all but synonymous with the singer): “🫶.”
Jennifer Garner recently participated in the same trend, sparking a heated debate in her own comments section, and it’s easy to see how fans can get so worked up!
