Hyatt’s portfolio is set to expand in India after it signed a management agreement for a Grand Hyatt in Indore. The luxury hotel, developed in partnership with Krivish Hospitality Private Limited, will be situated on an 11.5-acre site in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Grand Hyatt Indore will feature 250 rooms and suites, five food and beverage outlets, and an extensive meetings and events space that spans over 53,000 square feet, including a grand ballroom measuring 27,986 square feet. The hotel aims to cater to business and leisure travelers with amenities such as a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and dedicated entertainment areas for different age groups.

Indore, the largest city of Madhya Pradesh, is a growing hub for various industries, including banking, financial services, automobile, pharmaceutical, chemical, textile, and IT. The city’s infrastructure continually improves, making it a promising location for the new hotel. The Grand Hyatt Indore is set to contribute to the city’s development and cater to the increasing demand for upscale accommodations and event spaces.

The hotel, scheduled to open in 2029, will mark a significant addition to Hyatt’s portfolio in high-growth markets and strengthen the presence of the Grand Hyatt brand in India.
