  • Jumeirah is developing three new properties in Dubai, encompassing a hotel and two residences.
  • The projects include Jumeirah Asora Bay and Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, strengthening Jumeirah’s focus on branded residences.

Dubai’s luxury hospitality sector is set to grow with Jumeirah’s announcement of three new property developments. The company has unveiled plans for a hotel and two residences in prime locations across the city.

Jumeirah Asora Bay, a combination of a hotel and residences, is set on the peninsula of La Mer South in Dubai. The hotel will include 103 rooms, suites, and 20 villas, aligning with Jumeirah’s investment strategy of focusing on boutique-style properties. The project is expected to open in 2029.

In addition to the hotel, Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay, developed in partnership with Meraas, a Dubai Holding Real Estate member, will feature an exclusive residential enclave. The property comprises 29 residences, including four- to six-bedroom apartments, a seven-bedroom penthouse, and six ocean villas. The hillside location and design of the property will offer residents uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline.

The introduction of Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers offers a residential experience featuring 754 units ranging from one to four bedrooms. Residents will have access to various amenities, including a padel court, fitness studios, a co-working lounge, a private cinema, and a podium pool terrace.

These new developments align with Jumeirah’s Mission 2030 strategy to drive sustainable growth and double the size of its portfolio regionally and internationally. Jumeirah is also diversifying its portfolio and driving expansion through acquisitions and hotel management agreements. The company has segmented its portfolio into four key offerings rooted in luxury Arabian hospitality: Jumeirah Icons, Jumeirah Privé, Jumeriah Hotels & Resorts, and Jumeirah Residences.

Recently, Jumeirah marked its entry into Africa by introducing Jumeirah Thanda Island in Tanzania and Jumeirah Thanda Safari in South Africa. The company also recently opened Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai, a lifestyle destination integrating hospitality, residences, and retail.
