Trek through the treetops at an Ontario adventure park near Toronto

16 May 20252 Mins Read

The days are getting warmer, and that means one thing: it’s time for outdoor activities! If you’ve ever wanted to swing, zip, and climb high above the forest floor, there’s an experience in Ontario calling your name. Treetop Trekking is an outdoor playground designed for all ages, with multiple parks scattered across the province.

One of the most popular destinations is in the GTA in Brampton, about an hour’s drive from Toronto.

Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or just want a fun day out with friends and family, this aerial adventure park is packed with sky-high excitement.

Adventures galore

Located in the beautiful Heart Lake Conservation Area, Treetop Trekking Brampton offers impressive water views, lush forest scenery, and a whole lot of fun.

One of the highlights here is the Zipline and Aerial Game Trek, where you can traverse tall trees, leap off wooden platforms, and zipline across breathtaking lakes. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner — expert instructors are there to guide you every step of the way and help boost your confidence.

Feeling more adventurous? Experience the park in a different light (literally) with the Night Trek, where you can take on the obstacle courses under the stars with only moonlight and headlamps lighting your path.

Soak up nature

Prefer a more chill vibe? You can also opt for some leisurely activities, like the Sunset Canopy Walk — a peaceful stroll that leads you along the treetops to stable platforms up to 60 feet high, where you can soak up golden-hour forest views.

Or, try the rejuvenating Forest Bathing experience, a slow, meditative walk led by a certified Forest Therapy Guide, which is all about embracing the sights, sounds, and smells of nature. Very zen.

All of the Treetop Trekking locations in Ontario are open now for the summer season, including the Brampton park.

Have fun!

Where: 10818 Heart Lake Rd., Brampton
