A-1 Hospitality Group has started construction of a 163-room AC Hotels by Marriott property at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, Washington. The hotel will also feature 12,000 square feet of meeting space.

A-1 Hospitality Group, a hotel management and development company, broke ground on a 163-room AC Hotels by Marriott property in Kennewick, Washington. The hotel, located at the Three Rivers Convention Center, will be franchised by A-1 Three Rivers Hotel, LLC and managed by A-1 Hospitality Group.

The new AC Hotels by Marriott property will offer a range of amenities and services. These include an indoor swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness center, a rooftop restaurant and bar. The five-story property will also feature six meeting rooms, providing 12,000 square feet of versatile meeting space, suitable for hosting events for up to 450 attendees.

The construction of this new hotel forms part of a broader public-private partnership aiming to stimulate economic growth in the Kennewick area. A-1 Hospitality Group is collaborating with the city of Kennewick and Fowler General Construction to bring this project to life.

The AC Hotels brand is known for its distinct blend of European design, Spanish roots, and incorporation of local elements. The new property in Kennewick will offer an AC Lounge, serving cocktails, local craft beers, an extensive wine selection, and tapas-style small bites. The AC Kitchen will be open daily for breakfast, offering guests a selection of specialty cheeses, freshly sliced prosciutto, and French croissants.

The opening date for the new hotel has not been announced yet.
