McDonald’s is at it again, piquing dessert-lovers’ interest with an indulgent new sweet treat.
According to foodfluencer Mouth Attack, the fast food eatery has unveiled a new international offering combining two of their fan-favorite desserts: the Oreo McFlurry and the Apple Pie, which come together to make the Oreo McFlurry Apple Pie À La Mode—”A hot-and-cold, crunchy-and-creamy dessert experience that blends nostalgic comfort with rich, chocolatey crunch,” per the Instagrammer.
So far, the combo has reportedly been spotted at the Amerin Mall in Malaysia and a limited number of other locations. There’s no confirmation it’s headed to U.S. menus, too, but some restaurants may allow for custom orders—if not, there’s always the option to order a McFlurry of your choice and stick a baked apple pie on top!

The response to the contrasting flavor profiles was equally incongruous, with several of the influencer’s followers thrilled by the idea and several more feeling exasperated by the option.
“Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss,” one expressed, as another agreed with clapping emojis: “🙌🙌🙌yess.”
“Looks Deliciosó,” someone else replied.
“Would try it,” another admitted, before snarkily quipping, “But will the ice cream machines be working?”
Others, however, were unimpressed with the idea, with one suggesting, “They’re just doing anything at this point.”
“bro put two microwaved apple pies onna mc flurry and called it a hit,” another commented.
“I don’t want no apple pie in my oreo McFlurry!” someone else expressed. “Give me a fried Oreo pie with melted icing then we talking.”
