These are the best drive-in theatres in Ontario

From the nostalgic crackle of tuning your radio to the scent of buttery popcorn, Ontario’s drive-in destinations offer a fun blend of cinematic charm and open-air adventure. We’ve compiled a list of the best drive-in theatres in Ontario where you can enjoy a blockbuster flick from the comfort of your own car.

Buckle up, hit the road, and explore these drive-in theatres in Ontario.

Make your way to Oakville and enjoy an evening under the stars at the 5 Drive-In. The box office opens right at 7:30 p.m., and you can catch all the big flicks currently in theatres.

And to make your experience much more memorable, you can even order food to get delivered right to your car.

When: Every day, Monday to Sunday
Where: 2332 Ninth Line, Oakville
Cost: Starting at $14 per adult

In the Hamilton area? Drive down to the Starlite Drive-In and enjoy a date night with the perfect flick and delicious movie eats.

In-seat ordering is also available here

When: Friday to Sunday, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Where: 59 Green Mountain Rd. E., Stoney Creek, Ont.
Cost: Starting at $14 per adult

If you’re looking for a drive-in experience away from the hustle and bustle of Toronto, head to Sunset Barrie. They’re playing all the latest movies. With three screens, you’ve got all the options!

When: Friday to Sunday, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Where: 134 Line 4 S., Shanty Bay
Cost: Starting at $10 per adult

“Come enjoy blockbuster movies under the stars every weekend. Sit outside or in the privacy of your own vehicle,” shares Mustang Drive-In. Box office opens right at 8 p.m., and the feature flick begins at 9:25 p.m.

Turn that radio to 104.9 FM and you’re all set.

Cost: Adults $15, children six to 12 for $5, those five and under are free
