1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slatondropped jaws in a fan meet-and-greet video after undergoing excess skin removal surgery and losing 500 pounds. But she wasn’t the only one who revealed a head-turning transformation.
On June 7, a fan of the TLC personality posted a TikTok video from the event in Shawneetown, Ill., where they met with Tammy, 38, and other cast members—including her siblings, Amy Slaton, Amanda Halterman, Chris Combs and Brittany Combs.

“Got to meet @Amy halterman @Tammy L Slaton @Amanda Halterman Chris and Brittany from @tlc,” the TikTok user captioned their update.
In the clip, someone shouted from behind the camera, “Tammy, you’re looking good, girl!” as the reality star smiled and vaped outside a building.
Tammy looked even slimmer than viewers remembered seeing her so far in Season 7—largely because she was approved for and had excess skin removal surgery.
The video then showed the fan’s point of view while meeting and speaking with the 1000-Lb Sisters cast members. At the end of the clip, the original poster included selfies they took with the TLC personalities.

In the comments, TikTok users had to pick their jaws up from the floor before flooding Tammy with praise for her hard work.
One fan wrote, “I’ve never been more proud of a stranger than I am of Tammy. I really never thought she’d end up this successful with weight loss, she deserves the world 😭.”
Another declared, “Tammy DID that!!! Yes girl. 🙌.”
Someone else exclaimed, “Tammy wow!!!”
However, many other TikTok users who caught a glimpse of Tammy’s sister-in-law, Brittany, noticed that she had also dropped a ton of weight.
One fan pointed out, “Brittany got her surgery too!”
Someone else echoed, “Wait a minute… Brittany is looking fabulous! So proud of the entire family.”
Another follower shared, “OMG BRITTANY! I forget they filmed the show months in advance good for them.”
Meanwhile, yet another TikTok user commented, “Look at Brittany! 👏🏽 OK GIIIIIIIIIIRL.”
