Jennifer Garner left fans in awe with her latest update, as the actress opened up about her special charity project in partnership with the Save The Children humanitarian organization.
The actress, who currently stars in the thriller series The Last Thing He Told Me, shared a new video on Instagram on June 17 in which she recounted the last couple of months as she embarked on a meaningful project to raise money for children in need.

“I had an idea! I’m gonna run a mile a day for the next 67 days,” she began in the clip. “$67 to save the life of a child who is suffering from severe acute malnutrition with a six-week course of ready-to-use therapeutic food, to take a child from severe acute malnutrition to health and life.”
In the video, which featured clips from many of her runs throughout the endeavor, Garner spoke to fans, saying, “To so many of you who have run a day with me, or who are running all of it, or who have donated, thank you! Every donation you make, know that it’s going straight to kids who need it.”
She also talked about the upcoming 67th day of the project, asking fans to join her for the last run in Los Angeles, Calif. Garner wrote in the caption, “I’m inviting you to join me for my final mile on Sunday, June 22nd with @becsgentry and @brooksrunning in support of Save the Children— in LA or from wherever you are! Let’s celebrate what we’ve done and keep this movement going strong 💪♥️ Sign up at my link in bio 🏃♀️.”

Fans rushed to the comments to praise the actress, loving her frequent charity work.

Garner initially revealed her Save The Children running plan earlier this year, sharing sporadic updates as she asked for fans’ support. As it got closer to the end of the 67 days, Garner shared how fans could join in for the final celebration.
