Baked by Melissa's Viral Recipe Lands at Major Food Hall

18 June 20252 Mins Read

The colorful, crunchy kale salad that has gone viral on TikTok several times over is finally getting its time to shine as a proper menu item.

Baked by Melissa CEO and co-founder Melissa Ben-Ishay has rocked the internet on numerous occasions, but her Rainbow Kale Salad is one recipe that seems to win fans over time and time again.

While some may say a salad is just a salad, the cookbook author’s “micro-dice” technique is part of what sets it aside from other mixes; it’s also what keeps so many people from trying it, it’s a lot of chopping (but it reaps a big reward, according to reviewers).

Now, “after years of virality,” the pretty (and pretty famous) salad is heading to cities big and small so fans can enjoy it without so much as having to lift a finger (that is, unless it’s to order takeout or delivery or pay for your dine-in meal).

The viral Rainbow Kale Salad.

Fans can find the famous Rainbow Kale Salad at Royal Greens restaurant located in over 50 Wonder food hall locations across the U.S. for about $10.95 (prices may vary). And because almost everyone wants a little sweet treat after their meal, Baked by Melissa’s bestselling “Party Safe Original Greats” 6-pack of bite-size cupcakes are also heading to the chain, specifically at Wonder’s Room for Dessert.

Calling it “a dream partnership,” the celeb chef gushed over the “tremendous potential and synergy in this new relationship,” hinting that more could come of it in the future.

Wonder SVP & GM Courtney Lawrie also said the brand is “extremely excited to partner” with Baked by Melissa and offer Wonder customers “her fan-favorite salad and iconic cupcakes as menu items for the first time,” noting fans’ “ability to order in combination with our lineup of world-renowned chefs and award-winning restaurants” is truly the cherry on top of the mini cupcake.

To find a Wonder location dishing out these newest treats, try the food hall’s online locator.
