Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has entered into an agreement with Eagle Hills to develop a new resort and mansions in Abu Dhabi, scheduled to open in 2030.

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts is set to expand its portfolio with a new development in Abu Dhabi, planned for completion in 2030. The project, a collaboration with real estate development company Eagle Hills, will feature a luxury resort and a series of private mansions.

Located on a private island off the coast of Abu Dhabi, the development aims to extend the city’s iconic corniche. The resort will be accessible by a specially constructed bridge or by sea, emphasizing ease of access while maintaining privacy and exclusivity.

The resort component of the project will include 60 rooms and suites, along with 30 villas. Each accommodation is designed to offer views of the sea, the city skyline, or serene coves. Additionally, the development will house 90 private mansions, each featuring distinct landscaping that blends Italian elegance with Arabian cultural elements.

Architectural and design responsibilities have been assigned to Milan-based ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, known for their sustainable and culturally integrated approach. The landscape design will be managed by another Milanese firm, LAND SRL, which plans to incorporate both sculptural and organic elements into the surroundings.

The resort will offer various amenities, including a main building with luxury suites and a penthouse, beachside villas with private pools, and a comprehensive spa facility. Dining options will range from casual to fine dining, featuring international and local cuisines.
